Snowski
Royal Rhina or Zsa (named after that other famous, louder than life
blonde, Zsa Zsa Gabor) or Zsarhina when naughty, was to be the last
bitch bred by the late Wally Hall at Snowski. Zsa had a "live life to
the fullest attitude" and was definitely queen bee around other dogs.
She would regularly even challenge Julia for top pack position.

Encouraged by a friend to enter Zsa at an All Breeds Ribbon Parade,
Julia had her first taste of showing and success with a Reserve of Group
win with Zsa aged just 8 months. However the showing bug didn't
bite, so Zsa enjoyed her first two years with many lazy days at the
beach in Warrnambool before accompanying Julia on her
move to Canberra,
ACT in 1992. Julia and Zsa joined the local obedience club where one of
the instructors Ray Dean of Snowvink Samoyeds noticed the potential in
Zsa for the showring. Ray also owned the spectacular Aust. Gr. Ch.
Amundsen Hot Pursuit ("Ammo"). Rather than start Zsa in the showring,
she was mated to Ammo and produced a beautiful litter of 5 puppies, 1
bitch and 4 dogs. The bitch Aust Ch Snezhinka Tatanya had many
successes in the showring and Julia kept the pick boy, Jazz, Aust Ch
Snezhinka Czar Jazz.

One year after Zsa had her litter she entered the showring and although
shown for less than two years she picked up some good Best of Breed and
Challenge Certificate wins as well as in-group wins at All Breeds
Championship level. Her cheeky personality showed through in the ring
and she attained 86 points towards her title before Julia decided to
stop showing all together.
Zsa moved with Julia to Auckland, New Zealand and enjoyed spending time
on the beach, visiting the local cafes and the occasional outing on her
lonesome or with Jazz in tow minus humans!
Zsa passed away at the grand age of 14 and was spirited right until the
last day. Julia, Paul and Jazz miss our fluffy, cheeky angel but know
she is running free over the Rainbow Bridge.
